Founded in 2009, Konvision has consistently focused on imaging technology and color management research. Previously specializing in broadcast-grade monitors, the company has built a reputation for delivering supremely accurate and pure color experiences for the broadcasting and film industries.

The demanding requirements for detail clarity and color accuracy in medical monitors align perfectly with Konvision's core concept of "ultimate image clarity and precise color reproduction." The 4K HDR series launched at CMEF incorporates Konvision's core technical expertise in professional monitors, enhanced with specific upgrades for the medical industry.

4K HDR Image Display: Konvision's surgical monitors feature 4K UHD panels (3840 x 2160 pixels), offering four times the detail resolution of FHD (1920 x 1080). They support Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG) and Perceptual Quantizer (PQ) HDR signals, accurately reproducing images with a wider brightness range, higher contrast, and richer colors. This enhances the visualization of subtle anatomical features such as blood vessels and tissue textures.

Precise Color Reproduction: Utilizing proprietary 3D LUT color management technology with a tetrahedral interpolation algorithm, the monitors are calibrated. Supporting the ITU-R BT.2020 wide color gamut and 1.07 billion colors, they deliver true-to-life color representation, finely revealing subtle color variations in endoscopic imagery.

Multi-Scenario & Device Compatibility: Equipped with 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0, SFP+, and DVI-D interfaces, these surgical monitors support quad-view display from different signal sources. For sharing surgical image across locations, users can loop-out video signals via SDI/HDMI or convert SDI/SFP+/DVI signals to HDMI output, ensuring compatibility and connectivity for diverse scenarios.

The precise color and stability requirement in medical imaging display share the consistent core value with the broadcast monitor. “We sincerely invite the medical practitioners to experience the Konvision monitors’ accurate color reproduction and build confidence in the medical industry", says by Konvison member.

Konvision's 4K HDR Mini-LED surgical monitor attracted popular attention. Its standout feature is the Mini-LED Full Array Local Dimming technology with 2,304 zones. Algorithmically controlled, these zones dynamically adjust brightness based on screen content, achieving deep blacks and brilliant highlights. This enables high brightness of 1000 nits and an exceptional contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, resulting in images with superior quality.

Beyond surgical monitors, Konvision also exhibited its 4K HDR recording monitor. Capable of recording high-quality 4K60P 10-bit 4:2:2 video, these devices capture sharp, detail-rich HDR footage suitable for medical documentation, education, and research. Medical professionals can adjust compression settings based on specific clinical or educational needs.
